Overview
The last zone to cross before entering a clean environment or cleanroom, the air shower provides complete dedusting of garments. The process can also serve to decontaminate users who have handled powders, on leaving a production area.
The stainless steel nozzles, in the side walls and ceiling, are adjustable so that the sweep can be matched to build and garment. Air velocity, between 17 and 25 m/s, lifts particles deposited on clothing before they enter the protected zone.
The cycle is managed by a programmable controller: blowing time, delay and door interlocking are all configurable to suit the site entry protocol. The structure is custom-built in Coplast, with a 304L stainless steel option for the most demanding environments.
Installation, commissioning and IQ / OQ / PQ qualification are carried out by our own teams. Our service department covers France and Europe.
